advice process

We start by documenting your current personal and financial information in detail. From this, we can establish your objectives or goals. We then carry out market and technical research before giving you advice. Moreover, our advice is always in plain English with no jargon. Money can be easy to manage with the right help.

If we recommend a new product or service, and you decide to proceed, we complete the application paperwork and make our advice happen quickly and correctly.

At the end of the initial advice process, you can join our Money Management Service. This is our ongoing service package for creating, managing and protecting wealth.

ongoing service

If you want financial advice with ongoing service, the Money Management Service might be suitable. The service is aimed at clients that have an active Voyant Financial Plan and £100,000 or more invested.

We recommend a Financial Review at least annually or more frequently if you hold high risk investments. We also recommend a review following a material change in your circumstances. For example, if you get a new job or receive a family inheritance.

Also, you will receive a monthly Economic Review and Property Review via our News Portal and quarterly newsletters. Moreover, you can expect regular Financial Updates and Investment Monitoring.

From October 2019, your Personal Finance Portal (PFP) will contain your personal information and details of your savings, investments, and pensions. Real-time valuations will be available. You will have a secure document store and a secure messaging facility. Also, you can add bank accounts , credit cards and mortgages for a complete picture of financial affairs. The PFP also integrates with Voyant to deliver modern financial planning

our fees

The first meeting or discussion is always at our expense and it’s not time-limited. During the meeting, we’ll gather basic information and talk about your objectives and ideas. After the meeting, we’ll send you an engagement letter with our client agreement and a fee quote. The client agreement will explain the work we can do and the exact costs. You will find more information about our typical fees here. This document should help you compare our costs with other advisers.

There is no fee for the Mortgage and Protection service until you make a mortgage application. Moreover, if you don’t like the advice, you can walk away. You will find more information about the Mortgage and Protection service here.
